Unique Cafe Product Shoot-- May 2020
While brainstorming for this shoot, I drew inspiration from different editorial shoots sources from Pinterest, Tumblr, and also Behance. As the drinks were mainly inspired by the client's Caribbean background, I wanted to capture a colorful collection of images that really brought out the essence of the drinks and their originality.
PINEAPPLE GINGER GETAWAY- For the “Pineapple Ginger Getaway” smoothie, I designed a minimal yet vibrant set. The pineapple and palm really played on the tropical theme of this project, and the yellow backdrop completed the set with vibrance and layering.
MANGO MADNESS - For the "Mango Madness" smoothie, I built a set using palm leaves and a variety of fruits, including ginger roots, lemons, and mangoes, both inspired by fruit displays in Caribbean shops and markets. I also added a vibrant tulle fabric form added texture and dimension.
WINTER GLOW GREEN- For the "Winter Glow Green” smoothie, I designed a monochromatic set with kale and apples, pears and cantaloupes. The intricate cantaloupe carving and the thick mountain of leafy greens really added texture and dimension to the photo and effectively brought out the essence of the smoothie.
